Does Reflections coordinate events at Saguaro Buttes?

Reflections at The Buttes had the pleasure and honor of coordinating 600 weddings/events from June 19th, 2004 to December 28th, 2009.
As of January 1, 2010 Saguaro Buttes is under new management.


How many people can you hold?

Reflections at the Buttes holds 200 persons indoors; 100 persons on our adjoining patio.


What do you do if it rains?

Indoor chapel set up takes minutes and is typically prepared prior to commencement of the ceremony on all threatening days. See photo for example.


Do you have exclusive use of your site while we are there?

Yes. Reflections offers an exclusive Tucson wedding site.


How long can we use the site?

A Champagne Brunch Event commences at 7:00am to 2:00pm. Evening Events commence at 3:00pm to 2:00am. These times can also vary in order to fit the needs of different events as long as it is prearranged.


Are Ministerial Services included with use of your site?

Yes. Personal ministerial services are provided at no charge for all wedding events.


Are event planners included with use of your site?

Yes. Our professional event planners will help you create the perfect Tucson wedding.


Do you have AV equipment available?

Yes.


Is it possible to have only a ceremony or only a reception at your site?

Yes, a ceremony only is available subject to reception needs for any given date.


Can people get ready before an event at the site?

Yes. Private and luxurious accommodations are available for the bride and groom and their attendants.
